Rare opportunity for a Junior Draftsperson to join a well-known residential builder in Melbourne's South-East, specialising in Townhomes! Due to ongoing success our client is looking for a draftee to join their supportive, close-knit team & is dedicated to helping you take the next step in your drafting career! This is an ideal role for a draftee with (at least 6 months) volume resi experience looking to learn Townhomes! THE ROLE: Reporting to the Drafting manager, your duties will include but are not limited to: Preparation of working drawings including site plans, updating plans to match written requests and final construction plans for Townhomes Delivering accurate documentation in a timely manner Providing support to other members of the drafting team Updating plans with multiple variations, drawing & assessing buildability as you go. Liaise with internal teams to meet KPI's ABOUT YOU: We are seeking a passionate draftee eager to learn and ready to take the next step in their career! Experience ideally includes 6 months volume residential drafting ArchiCAD software experience is essential A desire to work within a close-knit and productive team. Effective communications skills.
